Dominique was born and raised in Western Massachusetts, where he currently resides with his wife and children. After high school, he joined the United States Army, where he served for 15 years before retiring as a decorated Counterintelligence Team Leader and supervisor, deploying twice to Afghanistan.
Dominique is the Executive Director of Champion City – Springfield, a Veteran-led, black owned nonprofit in Springfield, MA. He is the former Assistant Department Service Officer for the Department of Connecticut American Legion. He was voted in by a unanimous vote by the American Legion Department Executive Committee to serve as a nationally accredited Veteran Service Officer.
As an accredited Veteran Service Officer, Dominique assists veterans in Massachusetts and Connecticut in preparing their disability compensation, pension, education, rehabilitation, and death benefit claims for submission to the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA).
He has helped hundreds of Veterans navigate the VA Claims process and has dedicated his professional life to Veteran’s law. Dominique also finds time to volunteer within the communities he serves. He is an active member of his church, where he serves as an ordained minister and the coordinator of the First Love You, support group ministry.
